Bacon Wrapped, Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Looking for a beautifully delicious lunch option that involves bacon, but don’t like the idea of a lot of carbs? It’s rare, but we’ve got something here I think those of you who are a bit more on the healthy side may enjoy. Check out these awesome bacon wrapped, cream cheese stuffed chicken breasts! It’s still bacon, it’s just a little healthier. That’s a win-win!


  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
  • 2 pieces of bacon (or more), partially cooked


  1. Pound out Chicken breast so it is about 1/4″ thick
  2. Mix together cream cheese and green onions and spread cheese mixture over 1 side of chicken breast
  3. Roll Chicken breast up to conceal cream cheese
  4. Wrap partially cooked bacon around chicken breast and secure with toothpick
  5. Place on baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes at 375
  6. Broil for about 5 minute to crisp bacon. Enjoy  alone, without sharing.
