Chocolate Covered Bacon

When regular chocolate just isn’t enough to get over that latest breakup, and regular bacon seems too healthy for you, there’s chocolate covered bacon. Shortening your life span has never tasted so sweet.


  • 16 slices cooked thick cut bacon
  • 16 oz milk chocolate
  • Double boiler
  • Wax paper
  • Baking sheet


  1. Melt chocolate in double boiler and whisk until smooth.
  2. Break bacon slices in half and dip in chocolate until completely covered. Allow excess to drip off.
  3. Place on wax paper lined baking sheet and allow chocolate to cool for 20-30 minutes in refrigerator.
  4. Eat with ice cream, cookies, or by themselves. Do not share.
